On the first day of school, over 13 years ago, and she’s been my best friend ever since! :D

I would like to tell him what a tremendous impact his books have had on my life, starting with the Alchemist, and then with The Pilgrimage, and all his other books. I am so moved by his words, touched by his insight and inspired by his wisdom. What a great teacher of life and love! I can’t think of a better way for him to share his gifts than by writing and inspiring people all over the world. I feel so drawn to him, his words, and his kind eyes. I hope that someday I can shake his hand and tell him personally what a spark he’s lighted in my life.

We met 12 years ago at the beginning of junior high and became friends instantly! We’ve been in contact on and off, as life would have it, but have always managed to have fun and laugh our asses off while being silly. Lately we’ve been each other’s kick-in-the-butt to get moving to go to the gym on a (semi) regular basis!

i like Tippytoes because she is the only person in my life that will say “wake the fuck up Shannon!” and mean it! she will tell me the things i don’t want to hear but that i need to hear, and i love her for that! :)

because she wants to meet a lot of places, that i like to.

have to visit INDIA for shure, been there last year!! was SUPER !!
it gives you a whole new view about your own life.
i have to say, after seeing how the people have to live there, (under witch conditions, always happy, never down) i’m very happy whith the things i have.

When I first met Laura, I have to admit I thought she was a girl I knew from years before, at a different elementary school. Naturally I wanted to talk to her! Anyways, my mistake turned out to be a happy one, as she has been my best friend since then :)

Why I like tippytoes

...because tippytoes is one of the most wonderfully thoughtful people I know! She’s helped me to realize and appreciate what a great person I am. She’s always there to point out a silver lining and to chime in during the “anthem”. She’s intelligent, articulate, funny, caring, loving, strong, independent and compassionate!
Why wouldn’t I love tippytoes?

I want to meet Jack Johnson because his music soothes me. I imagine us sitting under a palm tree sipping lemonade and enjoying the sunshine and waves.

Because I am humbled by his wisdom and beauty, and I hold great admiration for him. I hope that someday I can live my life according to his teachings.
